Part-Time Sales Associate (Lititz & Lancaster Locations)

Artisan Mill Co. is seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Sales Associate to support our growing marketplace. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, merchandising unique products, and creating a welcoming shopping experience. Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive customer service and assist shoppers with purchases

Operate POS system, handle transactions, and balance cash drawer

Help with occasional in-store promotions or events

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable standing, lifting light merchandise, and moving around the sales floor

Must be available to work weekends

Part-time; flexible weekday shifts

Regular weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday)​​
