Our primary focus is to reach the person behind you with simple and effective messaging to serve as a positive influence on your own mental health and anyone else you pass. Beginning a conversation about mental health can be very difficult with someone you already know. We naturally put up barriers to protect ourselves and it’s rare to be able to be received without any sort of preconceived opinions.
